Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days providing product is in stock. Delays may also occur if we are experiencing a high volume of orders.  We do not ship on holidays.  Saturday deliveries are  dependent upon region.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Rates are calculated according to package size, weights and shipping zones.

 

Shipment to P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.  We will need a complete shipping address including an email address and phone number.

 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been picked up by FedEx you will receive a notification of your tracking number, providing you supplied us with your email address.  Check your spam folder if you feel you should have received it sooner.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Hurley Marine is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damage Goods

Hurley Marine thoroughly inspects all items prior to shipment. We suggest that you also thoroughly inspect the item(s) before accepting delivery. If damage is apparent, refuse delivery or if your parcel is left without a signature and damage is found contact the carrier immediately. Do not discard the box or any packaging materials. Most claims must be filed with the carrier within 10 days of receipt of delivery. Although we take special care to ensure the safe arrival of your merchandise, our responsibility for damage ends when the carrier accepts shipment.
